    World Class Environmental Building Systems

What: We have developed proprietary technology to supply large volumes of construction materials and manufactured products for sustainable living with regionally adaptable materials and designs.

Uses: Applies to Housing, Construction and to Manufacturing.

Materials: Based on agricultural cellulose and minerals, with special binders, the system can use materials native to the project area, such as clay, earthen materials, hemp, flax, rice straws, bagasse and forestry waste to make structural, insulating, heat retaining, fireproof, durable building components, and floor, roof and wall structures and other products.

Future: Provides housing, construction and manufacturing materials within an environmentally responsible focus, meeting concerns about degradation and use of resources.

Stage: Pre Start Up. Basic Business Plan, Material Samples, Conceptual Designs. Technical Team.

Objective: To refine and test formulae, create prototypes, and enter production, with market acceptance in manufactured products, demountable partition wall, and construction project markets.

Time: To enter market - two years to production.

Obstacles: Addressing regulatory issues, cellulose growing and handling infrastructure, market acceptance, marketing and licensing.
